They are awesome!!!!! Jennifer the manager told me that they would take care of me and they did!! They are very friendly, and informative. I always feel important and really like family. They really care about their patients. My Doctor Evans and her Assistant Melvin are an awesome team!! 🌟☺️ The front desk associates are so patient and understanding. What a great place to come and put your faith in them to deliver you a fabulous smile. Thank you so much for making me smile again. ☺️🙏🏽❤️🎶🎶

Exceptional and Professional staff that is caring, gentle and patient in meeting everyone’s individual needs. Outstanding cleaning visits and dental work. Three notable mentions that I entrust my dental needs/care to are Dr. Lanier, Linda Rivers and Lynda Ballow. Anxiety creeps in when it comes to any form of dental procedures for me but this team is awesome in making sure I am comfortable and kept informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this dentist and staff to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Angela Lanier for over 15 years. She’s performed emergency procedures, various types of dental treatments, and care during some of my visits. Dr. Lanier is proficient, professional, dedicated, and compassion on taking care of patients. There have been times, I suffer some fear and anxiety, during some of my scheduled appointments. I appreciate how Dr. Lanier enters the room with a smile, calmness and much needed patience for her patients. Her kind demeanor certainly does play a part on relieving some of my past dental fears. I’m also appreciative on how Dr. Lanier’s Dental Hygienist is always there to assist through every appointment. She’s attentive, professional, and works with ease on taking care of patients as well. They both make me feel like I’m the only patient!♥️ Lastly, grateful on how the office staff is always willing to assist me with issues and concerns regarding my dental benefits, and follow-up appointments. I thought I picked a good dentist but this establishment has been quite the disappointment. I scheduled an appointment with this dentist over year ago. I went in for an exam but they told me I would have to come back for a cleaning. That cleaning was supposed to be next week. A few months back I had a toothache and I managed to schedule an emergency appointment. On the day of the appointment I arrived and was told no one could see me and that someone called me and left a message but that was clearly false as I had never received a call . Then this morning I received a call saying they had a merger and no longer took my insurance. Mind you my boss who had the same insurance and I gave her the recommendation she was able to get a full appointment with cleaning. How they treat their new patients is abborent. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I would suggest you look elsewhere because clearly this establishment’s ability to manage patients is not up to standard.

Worst customer service ever! They have really went downhill in customer service and are horrible. I was going to them for years then I stopped because I was trying to schedule appointment. They kept putting me on hold or say they will call back and nothing. Now I been trying get my records for 5 months! I have completed the form 2 times and they never sent my records. If they don’t have a BBB complaint I will give them their first. No appointment or records. I never in my life dealt with horrible customer service like this!
